After completing her cosmetology training, she quickly discovered how much she enjoyed connecting with clients, learning their stories, and creating looks that made them feel their best.
Allison is married and a proud mom of two wonderful children who inspire her every day. When she’s not in the salon, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life. Her warm personality, gentle nature, and genuine care for others shine through in every service she provides.
Her specialties include haircuts for all ages, color, highlights, lowlights, facial waxing, manicures, pedicures, and relaxing facials. Clients appreciate her attention to detail, her calming presence, and her ability to make every appointment feel personal and uplifting.

Harley — Esthetician & Nail Technician
Harley is a skilled esthetician and nail technician whose passion for beauty began in high school, where she loved doing makeup for friends before dances and special events. That early spark grew into a career she truly loves. After completing her esthetics training, she expanded her skills to offer a wide range of services that help clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.
Harley specializes in classic manicures, gel nails, Gel‑X extensions, pedicures, eyelash extensions, facials, body waxing, and makeup. She brings a gentle touch, a creative eye, and a warm, friendly personality to every service she provides.
Outside the salon, Harley enjoys spending time with her loving partner and close friends. She also works a part‑time job, balancing her busy schedule with dedication and enthusiasm. Her clients appreciate her kindness, her attention to detail, and the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere she creates.

Kait Houdek — Manicurist & Pedicurist
Kait has spent nearly four years specializing in natural nail care, and she still wakes up every day to do what she loves. Whether she’s shaping a clean, classic manicure or adding a touch of glitter and fun, she brings patience, skill, and genuine joy to every service.
For Kair, doing nails is about far more than polish. It’s about the little moments clients invite her into- getting ready for a wedding, a baby shower, a long awaited vacation, or even sitting together before a surgery or during a difficult season. She values being the person clients can talk to, laugh with, and lean on. Her chair is a place where you can vent about hte big stuff, the small stuff, and everything in between. The relationships she builds each day are what make her work meaningful.

Outside the salon, Kait is a wife and proud mom of two girls, ages 8 and 13. She grew up in Norfolk and loves spending time with family, going to concerts, ballets, musicals, and comedy shows- anything that brings people together and fills life with joy.
